What is the Wheel?

Win fun prizes by spinning the JustAnswer Wheel!

JustAnswer provides each Expert with an opportunity to "spin the wheel" to win Justnswer merchandise and other prizes if you earn a minimum number of chips.

How do I spin the wheel?

Click on "My Account" at the top of the screen and then click "the JA Wheel." You must have earned at least 30 chips to spin the wheel (it costs 30 chips per spin).

Then click on the level to spin the wheel.

How do I earn chips?

Be the first to answer a NYPC (Not Yet Paying Customer) => 1 JAchip per NYPC.

OR

Receive positive feedback from a Customer => 10 JAchips per positive feedback.

NOTE: Delete any post and you will lose 1 JAchip.

How many chips does it take to spin the wheel?

The cost is 30 chips per spin on the JustAnswer wheel.
