What is the "Offer More" feature?

As a way to increase the level of service and satisfaction provided to a Customer, JustAnswer has released a feature called Offer More. This feature gives Experts the opportunity to offer extra services by providing the Customer with the option to pay an additional fee. Here's how it works:

1. Open a question in Q&A format and initiate contact with the customer via an Information Request or an Answer.

2. Once you provide an Info Request or an Answer, you will notice the Offer More button in the Q&A window.

3. After engaging with the Customer and determining if an additional service would lead to a better Answer, you can click Offer More. This will generate a window allows you to input the amount you would like to charge the Customer, a name for the service you're offering, and a brief description of the service and the value it will bring to the Customer.

4. Click Submit Offer once you complete the fields. A message on the Q&A page will appear to confirm the offer was submitted successfully.

5. The Customer will be notified of the offer via a pop-up message. An email with a link to the offer will also be sent.

6. After the Customer clicks OK, a new window showing the name of the service, the service description, and the additional charge will appear.

7. If the offer is accepted, the Customer will be directed back to the Q&A page. A message will be added to the Q&A exchange informing the Expert and the Customer of the update.

6. You can continue assisting the Customer, and the Customer can accept if satisfied with the Answer provided.
