1. Profile screen. Every Expert undergoes a profile screen of his or her listed licenses, certifications, education, and/or
employment to make sure they have the expertise required.
2. Subject matter test. Every Expert is required to pass an online subject matter test in his or her respective category.
3. Verify credentials. We have a leading third-party verification service verify the credentials of the Experts on the website (e.g. license, certification, educational degree, or employment history) (excluding the Beta site).
4. Ongoing review. Every Expert is subject to ongoing quality reviews by JustAnswer customers, other Experts in their categories, and JustAnswer's secret shoppers.
5. Internal metrics. Every Expert is subject to review on the site using a patent-pending quality method.
6. Expert Quality Advisory Board. In 2011, we unveiled the Expert Quality Advisory Board as an external dimension to the quality review process.
